Arete Executive is seeking a Relationship Manager for Specialist Lending in Brisbane. The role emphasizes converting warm enquiries into settled loans, managing the broker and direct customer journey, and delivering fast, reliable outcomes.

You will operate in a lean, entrepreneurial lender environment that values speed and practical lending solutions. You will own the process from enquiry to settlement, maintain CRM discipline, and work closely with the Director to drive growth.

Formación

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience handling multiple files and keeping deadlines.
• Background in lending, banking, broking or related work is preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify warm enquiries from brokers and direct customers and move to approval and settlement.
• Own the end-to-end loan journey from enquiry to settlement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on documents and milestones.
• Collaborate directly with the Director and senior decision makers with minimal handoffs.
• Balance remote/hybrid work with two days per week in the Brisbane CBD office.
