REA Group’s New Homes team is seeking a seasoned media sales professional to drive advertiser revenue and build strong client relationships across Australia. You will lead proposals, nurture direct clients and agencies, and align REA products with market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven media sales experience, ideally in a digital environment.
• Knowledge of the property developer industry.
• Sales experience with direct customers and ad/media agencies.
• Strong understanding of advertising processes and strategies.
• Analytical skills for client activity reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Ensure revenue targets are met & exceeded each month, quarter and year.
• Identify key prospects and develop sales proposals to meet advertisers’ marketing and sales objectives.
• Regularly meet with customers to build knowledge of their business while promoting REA’s products and services.
• Understand the local market, including new site launches and industry developments.
• Build relationships with direct clients and stay aware of new revenue opportunities.
• Proactively seek out new business and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Prepare and deliver quality sales presentations and proposals to prospects/agencies.
