Job summary

ESP Global Services is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to provide hands-on technology support across Australia and New Zealand, working with regional airports, service centers, and offices. You'll diagnose, deploy, and maintain end-user technology, coordinate deployments, and contribute to regional technology projects while ensuring availability and security of IT infrastructure across the region.

This role requires strong communication, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive approach

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent IT experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of IT experience.
• Experience with iOS and Android mobility platforms, Windows, LAN rooms, and Digital Technology infrastructure, including copper and fiber-optic environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technology support across regional airports, customer service centers, contact centers, and office locations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and deploy end-user technology and IT infrastructure.
• Perform system administration, PC imaging, hardware installation, configuration, and equipment removal.
• Support enterprise iOS and Android devices across the region.
• Help maintain technology environments to meet availability, performance, and service-level expectations.
• Coordinate regional technology deployments and projects from planning through operational readiness.
