Job summary

Eil Global is seeking an on-call IT support engineer to service Sydney/NSW client sites. The role involves installing and upgrading operating systems, applying patches, and performing hardware/software break-fix. Strong English communication and basic Wi-Fi/networking knowledge are required.

The position is on-site in New South Wales with flexible, part-time/casual engagement terms. You will work within a dispatch framework addressing SLA-based support requests from clients in the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and upgrading operating systems.
• Ability to install patches and perform hardware/software break-fix.
• Strong IT troubleshooting in LAN/WAN environments.
• Proficient in MS Office and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call IT support in NSW for client sites.
• Install and upgrade OS, patches; perform break-fix.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches and routers.
• Communicate with customers in business English.
