Job summary

Unisys is seeking an Airport Support Technician to install, diagnose, maintain and service computer-related products at airport sites. You will provide on-site technical and operational support for critical airport equipment and customer-facing technologies.

The role requires prior customer-facing experience and familiarity with kiosks or bag-drop systems, a valid driver's license, and the ability to complete Police and Aus Check for ASIC eligibility.

• Provide on-site technical and operational support for airport equipment.
• Perform fault investigation, triage and resolution in deskside support.
• Work in rotational shifts and meet SLA requirements.

What success looks like in this role:

The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals. We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Airport Support Technician to provide on-site technical and operational support for key airport equipment and customer-facing technologies. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a fast-paced or public-facing environment. Experience in technical support, mechanical maintenance, or troubleshooting of equipment. Familiarity with kiosk systems, bag-drop technology, or similar automated service devices. Meets SLA requirements and ensures client satisfaction in all interactions. Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution. Ability to work in Rotational Shifts. #LI-AP1

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Preferred prior experience with customer facing roles/duties.
• Preferred prior experience in support mechanical maintenance, airport equipment, kiosks, bag-drop.
• Ability to successfully complete a Police Check and Aus Check requirements needed to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card).
• A Valid Driver's License is required.
