Job summary

XPT Software is seeking an experienced IT support specialist in Sydney to join its services team. You will provide Level 2/3 support across servers, M365, Azure and AWS, plus essential networking and real-time monitoring duties for diverse client environments.

You will work in an end-to-end IT support team, handle incidents (P1/P2), manage configurations with AD, SCCM, Service Now and related tools, and coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and deployment tasks at client sites.

Qualifications

• Provide Level 2/3 support across servers, M365, Azure, AWS, networking.
• Support complex real-time monitoring environments.
• End-to-end IT support team involvement including project management.
• Maintain AD, SCCM, MS Office, Odoo, SAP, BMC Remedy, QuickBooks, MS Projects, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Part of end-to-end IT support team with project management.
• Incident handling (P1/P2) and proxy clustering & slow browsing issues.
• Coordinate with vendor teams for end-user hardware support & warranty work.
• Replace equipment/software; backup data and restore to replacement EUC devices.
• Operational support for printers, scanners, MFPs, and network devices.
• Assist with disaster recovery and annual BC/DR testing at sites.
