Eil Global is seeking an on‑call IT engineer to support desktop and network issues across New South Wales. This freelance/part-time role requires hands-on experience with OS installation, patches, and hardware break-fix.

You will work on site, providing SLA-driven support, with business English and local language communication. Candidates should be able to install and upgrade operating systems, configure LAN/WAN basics, and support MS Office.

• Install patches and perform software/hardware break-fix.
