Job summary

Sydney Trains in New South Wales is seeking a Senior Manager Day of Operations to lead live train crewing operations across the network. You will oversee crew resourcing, allocation and liaison within a 24/7 roster, driving changes for incident recovery and frontline service delivery.

The role is based at the Rail Operations Centre in Alexandria, on-site, with 8-hour rotating shifts and weekend/public holiday availability; a strict 24/7 shift pattern is required.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership level industry experience.
• Experience in day-to-day operations management within a live 24/7 environment.
• Ability to work a 24/7 shift rotation roster.

• Drive transformation, change, and risk mitigation for incident recovery and frontline service delivery.
