Job summary

Transport for NSW seeks a Work Group Leader Signals to supervise a Signals Work Group at the Metropolitan Control Centre in Homebush. You will allocate work, ensure safe operation of equipment, and support project delivery in line with specs.

You will coach and develop team members, promote a safety-first culture, and collaborate with your Team Leader. A 24/7 roster with 12-hour day/night shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Signals Electrician assessed to 4.3 level or above.
• Strong frontline supervisory experience and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate work to the Signals Work Group to meet specs.
• Ensure safe operation and security of equipment and resources.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members for continuous improvement.
