Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a $40M boutique class 2 development in Sydney's inner West. You will take responsibility for delivery, safety, on-time completion and quality across two projects in Cremorne and Marrickville.

You will lead site, commercial and delivery teams, manage budgets and procurement, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful handover and long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Australian construction.
• Strong background delivering residential, commercial or mixed-use projects.
• Excellent programming, planning and organisational capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and coordinate subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of two construction projects in Cremorne and Marrickville.
• Lead site, commercial and project delivery teams across both projects.
• Develop, manage and monitor construction programs and milestones.
• Maintain control of budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations and contract administration.
• Coordinate design development and resolve buildability challenges.
• Provide regular project reporting to senior management.
