Job summary

Redpath Partners in Sydney is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a $350m high-density residential development in Western Sydney. You will take ownership of major project delivery, coordinating engineering, contracts, site management and subcontractors to meet milestones.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership, a strong forward pipeline, and the opportunity to drive programming, procurement, design coordination and risk management within an established developer-builder.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Tier 1 / Tier 2 head contractor or established developer-builder.
• Experience on projects valued at $100m+, including high-rise or high-density residential construction.
• Strong understanding of structural works, façade, services, finishes and commissioning.
• Commercially astute, with strong programme management and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Confident leading large project teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborative leadership style with a hands-on approach to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of a $350m high-density residential development.
• Lead and coordinate the project team, including Project Engineers, Contract Administrators, Site Managers and subcontractors.
• Drive construction programming, procurement, design coordination and project delivery.
• Oversee project budgets, commercial performance, variations and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with NSW Class 2 residential requirements, including quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with senior management, consultants and key stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Maintain strong programme visibility, reporting and accountability across the delivery team.
