Job summary

The Tier 2 Builder in Sydney seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end development and delivery of residential and mixed-use projects. You will oversee design through construction, coordinating stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Key focus areas include programmes, budgets, risk, procurement, and reporting to senior leadership, ensuring NSW regulatory compliance and alignment with commercial goals.

• Exposure to mixed-use developments is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of the full development lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

We are partnering with a Tier 2 Builder with a strong track record delivering Class 2 apartment and mixed-use developments across Sydney, NSW. Due to continued growth and a robust project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

The Opportunity

This is a key role responsible for the end-to-end management of residential and mixed-use projects, from design development through to construction and completion. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery across time, cost, and quality metrics.
