Job summary

Lead Group, a Sydney head contractor, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial, community and refurbishment projects across Sydney from award to defects. The role offers ownership of projects and strong client relationships.

You will manage multiple projects of varying scales, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a hands-on leadership style and supportive directors.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience with a head contractor delivering construction, refurbishment or fit-out projects in Sydney.
• Strong contract administration skills across standard Australian and government contracts.
• Sound commercial and program management, leading site teams and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead several projects in parallel from award to handover and defects.
• Oversee programming, procurement, budgets, variations and progress claims.
• Administer head contracts, coordinate clients and consultants.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain WHS, quality and environmental standards and manage design coordination and reporting.
