Job summary

TalentWeb, partnering with Sydney's leading builder, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a landmark Class 2 residential development in Sydney valued at about $850 million and comprising roughly 820 apartments.

You will work closely with the Construction Manager and delivery team to drive the construction program, manage budgets and subcontractors, and ensure successful delivery.

This is a long-term opportunity with an established builder and a strong pipeline of future work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale Class 2 residential or mixed-use developments.
• Background with head contractor or developer builder in Australia.
• Strong knowledge of multi-storey construction, structures, façades, building services and internal finishes.
• Experience managing programs, subcontractor procurement, project budgets and commercial outcomes.
• Ability to lead project teams, managing consultants and coordinating multiple trades.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or engineering will be highly regarded.
