The Opportunity

ROUSSOS is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contractor with an established presence across South Australia and a strong national project portfolio.

With a diverse pipeline spanning major commercial, defence, health, education, residential and public infrastructure projects, this is an opportunity to join a highly capable project team and gain exposure to large-scale construction within a structured Tier 1 environment.

Working closely with the Project Manager and broader delivery team, the Senior Project Coordinator will play an important role in coordinating project activities, managing stakeholders and supporting the successful delivery of complex construction projects.

The Role

As Senior Project Coordinator, you will work across key stages of the project lifecycle, supporting the Project Manager and project team to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality, programme and commercial outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating project activities across design, procurement, construction and delivery
• Supporting the Project Manager with project planning, reporting, programme and cost control
• Managing project documentation, scopes, procurement and project controls
• Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and other key stakeholders
• Monitoring project progress and identifying issues, risks and opportunities
• Supporting the delivery of project milestones, quality requirements and safety outcomes
• Building strong working relationships across internal teams, clients and project stakeholders

We are seeking a construction professional with demonstrated experience coordinating projects within the Australian commercial construction industry.

You will ideally bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
