The builder is renowned for high‑quality commercial, education, residential and hospitality projects valued up to $40 million. The role offers exposure to high‑profile, landmark projects across South Australia and a clear pathway toward a Project Management career.

Role

Reporting to a Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will play a key role in delivering projects across the commercial, education, residential, and hospitality sectors. The successful candidate will contribute to project efficiency, collaboration and continuous improvement while learning directly from experienced construction professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful delivery of projects across the commercial, education, residential and hospitality sectors.
• Coordinate project documentation, procurement activities and scheduling to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain clear communication and alignment.
• Monitor progress, monitor performance and ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, offering ideas to enhance project efficiency and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the South Australian commercial construction market.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field.
