ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a well-regarded South Australian commercial subcontractor to recruit a Project Supervisor for on-site coordination across multiple major works in Adelaide. The role focuses on safe, efficient delivery and proactive issue resolution on site.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, coordinators and trades to keep programmes on track and ensure quality finishes. This position requires hands-on leadership and a practical, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or residential construction.
• Experience coordinating trades and on-site activities.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing.
• Flooring/finishes or related trade background is highly regarded.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple projects.

$110,000 to $120,000 + Car + Superannuation

Take ownership of commercial project delivery with an established South Australian subcontractor working alongside leading builders.

• Supervise multiple commercial projects across Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders
• Work across a mix of major projects and fast-paced commercial works

The Opportunity

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a highly-regarded South Australian commercial subcontractor with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliable delivery and long-standing client relationships.

Working alongside many of South Australia's leading Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders, the business has developed a consistent pipeline of repeat work across major commercial projects and shorter-duration works throughout Adelaide.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Project Supervisor to strengthen their delivery team. This position will suit someone who enjoys being out on site, coordinating trades and keeping multiple projects moving while maintaining strong relationships with builders, clients and internal teams.

You will work closely experienced, hands-on team, providing the support and resources required to successfully deliver projects from commencement through to completion.

The Role

As Project Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day site coordination of multiple commercial projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising multiple commercial projects and site activities concurrently
• Coordinating installers, trades, suppliers and subcontractors
• Working closely with Project Managers to maintain project programmes
• Coordinating materials, deliveries and site requirements
• Monitoring workmanship and ensuring quality standards are maintained
• Conducting site inspections and managing defects through to completion
• Liaising directly with builders, Site Managers and other project stakeholders
• Identifying and resolving site issues to minimise delays
• Maintaining WHS requirements and safe working practices
• Supporting project handover and close-out activities

The Like Mind

We are looking for someone with commercial or residential construction experience who is organised, practical and confident coordinating people on site.

You may already be working as a Project Supervisor, Site Supervisor or Site Coordinator, or have strong trade-based experience and be ready to take on greater responsibility.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Previous experience within commercial or residential construction or subcontracting
• Experience coordinating trades, installers and site activities
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site requirements
• Flooring, finishes or another commercial trade background will be highly regarded
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Confidence communicating with builders, clients, suppliers and trades
• Good attention to detail, particularly around quality and defects
• A proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach
