Linktal Recruitment is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a reputable Tier 2 builder on a prestigious $20M boutique beachfront development in Balgowlah, NSW. You will support the Project Manager and Site Manager in day-to-day delivery and assist with contract administration.

This role offers exposure to both commercial and site delivery, valuable experience on Class 2 residential apartment projects, and a clear path to career progression within a respected firm.

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Coordinator or similar in construction.
• Experience on Class 2 residential apartment projects.
• Relevant construction or engineering qualification.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and Site Manager in day-to-day delivery.
• Assist with contract administration, documentation, procurement and subcontractor coordination.
• Support site engineering and day-to-day site coordination.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Assist with reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Assist with project planning, programming and progress tracking.
• Assist with materials, deliveries and site logistics.

Job description

A fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a reputable Tier 2 builder, working on a prestigious $20M boutique beachfront development in Balgowlah, NSW.

The project provides excellent exposure to a high-end residential development and the opportunity to develop experience across both the commercial and site delivery sides of construction.

The Role

Support the Project Manager and Site Manager in the day-to-day delivery of the project

Assist with Contract Administration activities including documentation, procurement and subcontractor coordination

Support site engineering and day-to-day site coordination

Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers

Assist with reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation

Assist with project planning, programming and progress tracking

Assist with materials, deliveries and site logistics

Gain hands-on exposure across both the commercial and construction delivery sides of the project

Requirements

Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Junior Contract Administrator, Site Engineer or similar construction role

Must have experience working on Class 2 residential apartment projects.

Relevant construction, building, engineering or related qualification

Good understanding of construction processes and project coordination

Strong communication and organisational skills

High attention to detail and willingness to learn

Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in construction
