Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in the Australian commercial construction industry.
• Strong understanding of project coordination, construction processes and project controls.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across design, procurement, construction and delivery.
• Support Project Manager with planning, reporting, programmes and cost control.
• Manage project documentation, scopes, procurement and controls.
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and opportunities.
• Support delivery of milestones, quality requirements and safety outcomes.
• Build strong relationships across internal teams and clients.
