ESE Recruitment is seeking an intermediate to senior Project Coordinator to join a cash-rich builder on a $250M apartment project in Melbourne. The role offers salary between $150K and $200K, with a clear pathway to SPC/APM and ongoing upskilling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years local experience in Commercial or Multi-Res projects.
• Relevant Construction Tertiary Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, timelines and deliverables.
• Liaise with trades, consultants and clients to progress works.
• Assist in transitioning to Project Management responsibilities.
