Job summary

Linktal Recruitment is seeking a Project Coordinator for a prestigious $20M boutique beachfront development in Balgowlah, NSW. You will support the Project Manager and Site Manager in day-to-day delivery, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers on Class 2 residential projects.

Ideal candidates have a construction/engineering qualification, strong communication and organisational skills, and a proactive attitude with a focus on long-term career growth in construction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Junior Contract Administrator, Site Engineer or similar construction role.
• Must have experience working on Class 2 residential apartment projects.
• Relevant construction, building, engineering or related qualification.
• Good understanding of construction processes and project coordination.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in construction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and Site Manager in the day-to-day delivery of the project
• Assist with Contract Administration activities including documentation, procurement and subcontractor coordination
• Support site engineering and day-to-day site coordination
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
• Assist with reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation
• Assist with project planning, programming and progress tracking
• Assist with materials, deliveries and site logistics
• Gain hands-on exposure across both the commercial and construction delivery sides of the project

The Role
