Job summary

Design And Build in Melbourne CBD is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a growing team delivering hospitality and commercial fit-outs. Working with an experienced Project Director, Senior Project Manager and Site Team, you will coordinate documentation, subcontractors and project administration to ensure smooth delivery.

You will manage documentation, procurement, scheduling, and progress reporting while maintaining governance and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator within fit-out or commercial construction.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with project software and documentation management.
• Fit-out experience is highly regarded but not essential.
