Design & Build in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join the residential construction team responsible for architecturally designed homes and projects up to $5m. The role offers a progression pathway and a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

You will coordinate with clients, architects and trades, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure documentation and site meetings run smoothly while driving continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential construction.
• Experience delivering architecturally designed homes valued $3m+.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of the residential construction process.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, close-knit team environment.
• Systems and process driven mindset, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
