Woods & Co in Melbourne is seeking a Project Coordinator to own the coordination of high-end residential projects, working with the Construction Manager and site team from pre-construction through delivery.

Woods & Co is partnering with a highly regarded Melbourne based builder specialising in high end residential construction to appoint a Project Coordinator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a construction professional who wants to take real ownership of projects without stepping into a traditional senior Project Manager position.

You’ll take ownership across the project, managing the key commercial, procurement and coordination requirements from pre-construction through to delivery.
We're looking for someone with a strong construction background who understands how projects are actually delivered and is ready to take ownership of the coordination side of a project.
You could presently be working as a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, Site Supervisor, Leading Hand or Junior PM and be ready to take on a new challenge and take a step up.
Ideally you'll have:
Experience across high end residential, commercial construction or complex building projects will be highly regarded.
