Ivory Group in Sydney is seeking a Project Coordinator or Site Supervisor to work with the Project Manager across commercial fitout and refurbishment projects, driving site activity and ensuring trades perform to schedule and standards.

This hands-on role suits someone early in their construction career, with energy and a desire to grow fast in a business that rewards delivery, with a structured pathway into Project Management and opportunities on high-profile projects.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years experience in construction.
Background in commercial fitout and refurbishment projects preferred.
Trade or tertiary education qualification or currently working towards a building related discipline.
Strong communicator with the ability to manage trades and subcontractors on site.
Solid and stable work history with previous employers.

Responsibilities

Day to day site supervision and coordination.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As Project Coordinator or Site Supervisor, you will work closely with the Project Manager across a diverse range of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects, keeping the site running at full pace and making sure every trade is performing to programme and to standard. From early design stages through to handover, you will be the one keeping everything connected and moving. This is a hands on role for someone who is early in their construction career, brings great energy every day and wants to grow fast in a business that rewards the people who deliver.

DUTIES

Day to day site supervision and coordination
Subcontractor coordination and management
