Job summary

Verra Recruitment Pty Ltd is partnering with established Melbourne commercial builders to fill multiple roles from Junior CA to Project Coordinator. You will work with Project Managers and site teams across delivery and preconstruction.

Roles range from Junior to more experienced CA/PC with opportunities for progression into Senior CA, PC, and Project Management. A strong pipeline of secured commercial projects spans education, aged care, and general commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator from a commercial head contractor.
• Experience from Junior / Intermediate CA through to established CA / PC level.
• Commercial construction experience highly regarded.
• Exposure to education, aged care, commercial or similar projects beneficial.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.

We are currently partnering with established commercial builders across Melbourne who are looking to strengthen their project and commercial teams.

With strong pipelines of secured work, opportunities are available for Contract Administrators and Project Coordinators at varying levels of experience.

The Role

Depending on your experience, you will work closely with Project Managers, Senior CAs and site teams across the commercial and contractual delivery of projects.

Roles range from Junior / Intermediate CA positions through to more experienced CA / PC opportunities with greater project ownership.
