Next Generation Electrical is seeking a Senior Project Administrator to support the delivery of solar and renewable energy projects from our Richmond base. You will interact with suppliers, sub-contractors and clients while helping to implement policies and procedures that enable project success.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in construction/project coordination.
• Experience developing project plans (HSE, construction and deliverables).
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Assist administration facets of delivery, planning and completion of projects.
• Assist in the development of project documents.
• Regular reporting (client and internal).
• Attend project meetings with the project management team and the client, preparing agendas and writing minutes.
• Work with the project team to produce mid-month and end of month cash flows.
• Prepare and submit client progress claims and invoices.
• Onboard contractors including review of SWMS, insurances and licences/tickets.
• Utilising internal project management systems (BuildPass & SimPro).
• Submitting close-out documentation to the client.
