Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to project managers and project teams.
  • Maintain project schedules, plans, trackers, and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, risks, issues, and deliverables.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, status updates, and project correspondence.
  • Manage project files, records, contracts, and approvals in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and expense reporting.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Support project onboarding, resource coordination, and status reporting.
  • Identify administrative issues or project delays and escalate them promptly.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance project efficiency and organization.
