Job summary

Seven Media Group in Melbourne is seeking a Programmatic Group Sales Manager to direct the programmatic sales team and commercialise LiSTNR and partner inventory through programmatic channels. You will be responsible for achieving programmatic revenue targets and leading a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in programmatic sales, strong leadership and a proven ability to generate new business and build strategic partnerships with agencies and trading desks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in programmatic sales or related field
• Proven track record of new business growth and partnerships
• Strong understanding of digital media, programmatic buying and audience targeting
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Established relationships with agency trading desks and programmatic teams
• Commercially sharp leadership with clear decision making

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and motivate the programmatic sales team through regular training and field coaching
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, tech partners and trading desks
• Drive new business growth for LiSTNR through strategic programmatic solutions
• Demonstrate the power of digital audio within omni-channel programmatic strategies to deliver client solutions
