Job summary

Seven Media Group is seeking a Programmatic Account Executive in Melbourne to grow digital revenue by building strong agency and advertiser relationships, promoting programmatic solutions, and identifying new market opportunities.

Reporting to the Head of Programmatic Sales, you will drive demand, assist with campaign delivery, and resolve issues to ensure client success, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in programmatic sales, account management, trading, or ad operations within digital media.
• Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including SSPs, exchanges, audience targeting, attribution, pixels, and bidding strategies.
• Commercially minded with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, manage pipelines, and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive programmatic revenue growth by engaging agency trading desks and clients, pitching solutions, and recommending optimisation strategies.
• Monitor revenue, campaign pacing, and inventory performance across SSPs and DSPs to identify opportunities and hit targets.
• Build and manage account plans, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts, tracking performance against objectives.
