Job summary

Victorian Government - Department of Families, Fairness and Housing is seeking a project-focused analyst to support ICCMS enhancements. You will develop business requirements, create test cases and coordinate UAT to improve outcomes for Children & Families and related services.

The role requires experience in frontline service delivery, strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work across multiple sites. Some after-hours work may be required during ICCMS releases.

• Experience in front line service delivery.
• Experience developing business requirements and test cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives.
• Assist in research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.
• Support the development and delivery of projects within resourcing, timeline and budget.
• Monitor and evaluate projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.
• Provide effective support to service delivery sites in the implementation and use of client systems.
• Undertake system user acceptance testing and assess data fix requirements.
