Job summary

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including: assisting in research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.
• Support the development and delivery of projects or sub-projects and their successful delivery within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.
• Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.
• Provide effective support to service delivery sites in the implementation and use of client systems.
• Undertake system user acceptance testing and assess and action data fix requirements to ensure system maintenance.
