Job summary

Services Australia is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to provide specialist business and systems analysis across enterprise applications for the DSS and NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. The role focuses on translating requirements into functional specs, assessing system impacts, and supporting enhancements, cyber security uplift, and operational improvements.

The successful candidate will work across complex enterprise applications including IAM, data exchange and Microsoft Dynamics CRM,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience delivering business and systems analysis within complex enterprise ICT environments.
Strong experience gathering and documenting business, functional and technical requirements.
Experience working across the full software development lifecycle within Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders, application owners and technical teams to gather and analyse requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, technical requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Develop process flows, solution design documentation and supporting technical artefacts.
Collaborate with developers, testers and infrastructure teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Support test planning, defect management and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
