Job summary

Department of Health Victoria is seeking a Program Manager for the Mental Health and Wellbeing Client Management System (MHWCMS) to lead end-to-end delivery of a large, complex ICT program across Victorian mental health service providers. You will coordinate across government and external partners, oversee design, roadmaps, and delivery, and ensure alignment with policy and privacy frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years ICT project management experience.
• 5+ years program management experience.
• Experience with Victorian Public Service or health sector is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the MHWCMS program across Victoria's mental health service providers.
• Oversee governance, budgets, risk management and benefits realisation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality digital health solutions.
