Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating ICT projects within a public sector VPS environment.
• Ability to gather requirements and write technical documents.
• Strong written skills and sound time management.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the ICT project team and subject matter experts through the project lifecycle.
• Assist with ICT level one support queries and ad-hoc testing of SSR applications.
• Monitor project team performance and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Foster cross-team collaboration to complete tasks and deliverables.
• Distil key information and apply knowledge of departmental programs to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate training for SSR ICT systems.
