Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare in Melbourne seeks a senior regional product strategist to promote UIH diagnostics, lead market expansion, and shape Go-to-Market plans. You will partner with sales, deliver tailored demonstrations, and drive growth through customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in medical or related areas.
• 10+ years in diagnostic imaging with leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen, communication and management skills.
• Deep understanding of diagnostic imaging ecosystem and customer needs.
• Open minded and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy in assigned regions for UIH products.
• Collaborate with sales to meet sales and product marketing objectives.
• Execute Go-to-Market strategies to increase project wins.
• Identify and develop KOL relations in key countries to boost brand awareness.
• Interface with prospects to determine optimal system configurations.
• Create and deliver customized presentations and site visits.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor assessments regionally and report findings.
• Prepare materials and provide training to stakeholders including customers and sales teams.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• 1) Responsible for developing product strategy in assigned regions, promoting UIH products to increase customer base, and driving the growth of market share;
• 2) Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales & product marketing objectives;
• 3) Execute Go-to-Market Strategy and plans to increase project winning rate;
• 4) Identify and Develop KOL relations in Key countries and closely work together with them to improve brand awareness and reputation as well as the leadership position of relevant products.
• 5) Interface directly with prospects, and determine optimal system configurations accordingly;
• 6) Create and deliver customized presentations/demonstrations and/or site visits to prospects;
• 7) Perform market surveys and competitor assessments across the region on a routine basis. Summarize and present to the management team and BU to drive the customer-oriented solution and product development;
• 8) Prepare relative materials and provide dedicated training to stakeholders including but not limited to Customers, Business Channels, Sales team, etc.
• 9) Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualification Requirements:

• 1) Bachelor Degree or above in medical or other related areas;
• 2) Typically 10+ years of successful track record and leadership experiences in diagnostic imaging industry;
• 3) Business acumen, communication, and management skills;
• 4) Deep understanding of diagnostic imaging ecosystem and key customer needs;
