Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare is seeking a field service engineer to install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites in Perth and surrounding areas. You will work with the Customer Care Center to troubleshoot, service, and update modalities and aim for the UIH Professional Certificate.

Strong communication and teamwork are required, along with a flexible approach to work and travel. The role involves ongoing training and coordination with regional teams to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Technical degree required or higher.
• Familiar with diagnostic imaging equipment principles (DR/CT/MR/PET).
• Ability to troubleshoot faults in the field.

Responsibilities

• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites within a designated product range.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and update designated modalities with supervision in coordination with the Customer Care Center.
• Attend service training courses and work toward completion of UIH Professional Certificate.
• Escalate situations when customer satisfaction is compromised and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
