Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Product Manager for Product and Lifecycle Lending to shape the Home Loan portfolio across our retail brands. You will work with the Senior Manager to drive product strategy, lifecycle improvements and customer outcomes, translating insights into practical recommendations and value-driven initiatives.

You will partner across Distribution, Broker, Digital, Operations, Technology, Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Finance to deliver compliant, customer-centred

Qualifications

• You have product management experience, ideally in home lending or retail banking.
• You can turn portfolio insights into clear recommendations and actions.
• Understanding of home loan products and customer journeys across digital and legacy platforms.
• You are a confident relationship builder who can navigate complex environments.
• Strong communication to translate information into governance papers and presentations.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, finance,commerce, economics or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Home Loan portfolio strategy and lifecycle across BOQ Group’s retail brands.
• Collaborate across Distribution, Digital, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Marketing to deliver customer-centred solutions.
• Support product governance, regulatory change, and senior stakeholder decision papers.
• Lead knowledge sharing and coordinate workstreams to keep delivery focused.
