BOQ Group in Melbourne is seeking a Product Manager specialised in Lending to shape and manage our specialised lending portfolio, with a focus on Home Loans, construction lending, and other consumer finance products.

You will own the full product lifecycle—from performance and pricing through governance, risk, delivery and regulatory obligations—collaborating with Distribution, Credit, Operations, Technology and Marketing to turn insights into practical outcomes.

Formación

• Home lending experience is essential.
• Sound understanding of Australia’s financial services regulatory environment, including responsible lending, product governance, DDO and TMD obligations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the specialised lending product portfolio across Home Loans, construction lending and other consumer finance products.
• Lead governance, pricing, policy, risk reviews and change delivery for the product.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Credit, Operations, Technology, Finance, Treasury, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Marketing and Customer to deliver initiatives from analysis to post-implementation review.
