Job summary

BOQ Group in Sydney is seeking a Product Manager – Specialised Lending to shape and evolve our specialised lending portfolio, with a focus on Home Loans, construction lending, and other consumer finance products.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will lead across the full product lifecycle, use data to drive pricing, policy, governance, and delivery, and collaborate with Distribution, Credit, Operations, Technology and Compliance to improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in lending, financial services or regulated environments.
• Home lending experience is essential.
• Understanding of pricing, governance and risk in product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the specialised lending portfolio, including home loans and construction lending.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from analysis to post-implementation review.
• Collaborate across Distribution, Credit, Operations, Technology, Finance and Compliance.
