Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Product Manager – Product and Lifecycle Lending to shape the Home Loan portfolio across Retail brands in Melbourne. You’ll drive product governance, lifecycle improvements and customer outcomes while balancing risk and commercial goals.

You’ll collaborate with Distribution, Digital, Credit, Risk and Compliance to translate data insights into practical enhancements, from analysis through to delivery and benefits tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in home lending, retail banking or regulated environment.
• Ability to translate portfolio insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
