Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Product Manager – Specialised Lending in Brisbane to shape and evolve our specialised lending portfolio, including BOQ’s Home Loans and complex lending structures.

This role covers the full product lifecycle from performance and pricing to governance, risk reviews and regulatory requirements, working with multiple teams to deliver impactful outcomes for customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in lending or financial services.
• Knowledge of policy, governance, pricing and product delivery.
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Understanding of Australia’s regulatory environment (DDO, TMD).

Responsibilities

• Own the specialised lending portfolio lifecycle from policy to governance.
• Drive pricing, performance and risk reviews.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Credit, Operations and Tech.
• Deliver initiatives from analysis to implementation and review.
