Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager, Acquisition and Propositions to shape home lending experiences in Australia. You will turn customer, broker and market insights into differentiated propositions, pricing initiatives and channel campaigns to drive meaningful growth.

Working with Finance, Risk and Compliance, you will lead initiatives across broker, proprietary and partnership channels from concept to implementation, using research and performance data to inform decisions

Qualifications

• Experience in home lending or retail banking portfolio preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking or financial services products.

Responsibilities

• Translate insights into differentiated home lending propositions and campaigns.
• Own delivery of initiatives across broker, proprietary and partnership channels.
• Coordinate scope, milestones, governance, dependencies and stakeholder decisions.
