Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager, Acquisition and Propositions to shape home lending experiences and drive sustainable growth. You will turn customer, broker and market insights into differentiated propositions, pricing initiatives, and channel activity across broker, proprietary and partnership channels.

You will collaborate across Product, Distribution, Marketing, Digital, Data, Finance and Compliance to deliver initiatives from concept to implementation while

Qualifications

• Experienced product, acquisition, proposition or portfolio professional with a strong understanding of banking or financial services.
• Experience in home lending or retail lending preferred, with knowledge of lending products, distribution, marketing and digital strategies.
• Commercially curious with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret customer, broker and channel insights and translate into clear recommendations.
• Ability to lead through influence across diverse stakeholders and drive initiatives with governance and delivery.
• Clear communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into differentiated propositions, pricing initiatives, campaigns and channel activity across broker, proprietary and partnership channels.
• Own and deliver initiatives from concept to implementation with defined milestones and governance.
• Coordinate scope, milestones, dependencies and stakeholder decisions.
• Draw on customer research and portfolio performance to identify opportunities to strengthen propositions.
• Collaborate across Product, Distribution, Marketing, Digital, Data, Finance, Treasury, Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk and Compliance.
