Job summary

BOQ Group, a family of challenger brands in Australian financial services, is seeking a Product Manager – Product and Lifecycle Lending to shape home loan capability across Retail brands, leveraging portfolio analytics, customer insights and market trends.

You will collaborate with Distribution, Broker, Digital, Operations, Technology, Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Finance to develop customer-centred, commercially sound and regulated solutions across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, ideally within home lending or retail banking.
• Ability to translate portfolio insights into practical recommendations and actions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
