RecordPoint is seeking a senior product manager to own product strategy and the roadmap for a data lifecycle management SaaS platform. You will partner with engineering, UX, marketing and services to deliver customer value, informed by market and customer insights. Leadership experience in cross-functional teams and a data-driven mindset are essential.

You will drive commercial models, packaging and GTM activities while mentoring junior PMs in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven senior product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong discovery, strategy and roadmap capability.
• Commercial acumen linking product decisions to ARR and revenue per employee.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional influence.
• Comfort using qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions.
