Job summary

RecordPoint is a data and information lifecycle management SaaS provider helping regulated organisations stay compliant and secure. We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with customers, identify use-cases, and demonstrate our platform end-to-end to drive adoption.

You will work with enterprise and government clients, develop technical proposals, run POCs, and collaborate with sales, product and engineering teams to accelerate outcomes and success.

Responsibilities

• Conversion - moving leads from Sales Qualified to Closed Won.
• Experience - ensuring customer satisfaction and buy-in for the product and solution.
• Enablement – collaborate with field teams to improve customer experience.
• Presentation – develop and deliver technical demonstrations for prospects.
• Value Analysis – assist with qualification and ongoing analysis of client needs and roadmap.
• Learning – contribute to RecordPoint’s pre-sales functions.
