RecordPoint is seeking a results-driven pre-sales Solutions Engineer to partner with the sales team and potential customers. You will own technical sales materials, create POCs, and design implementation plans while articulating value across regulated industries.

You will work in a hybrid capacity from Sydney or Melbourne, collaborating with engineering, product and marketing to craft compelling demonstrations and proposals. A strong technical background and commercial mindset are essential.

Formación

• Previous experience in a solutions or sales engineering role at a fast-growing SaaS technology company is preferred.
• Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills.
• A commercial mindset and passion for finding innovative technical solutions to solve problems.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration abilities, with prospects and executives.
• Ability to manage a high volume of activities with varying priorities.
• Experience with highly regulated industries such as government or finance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customer pain points and use-cases and design effective solutions for RecordPoint.
• Present to customers in person or remotely to demonstrate the platform and solutions.
• Create technical solutions and POCs with support from engineering.
• Prepare commercial proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Collaborate with sales to chase leads, convert customers and upsell.
• Contribute product enhancements and share insights with product, marketing and engineering teams.
• Engage with existing customers to accelerate deployment and ensure successful outcomes.
• Promote RecordPoint at events and user meetups, and develop technical sales assets.
• Maintain internal documentation and assist with lead qualification where technical expertise is needed.
