RecordPoint, a data and information lifecycle management SaaS provider, is seeking a software engineer to join our Sydney team. You will engage in the full software development lifecycle, design, deliver, and train customers on RecordPoint solutions, and support our cloud-based service including on-premises and cloud deployment models.

You will collaborate with engineers, maintain code with automated tests, stay current with technology trends, and take end-to-end responsibility for your work

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT field.
• Broad knowledge of core computer science concepts.
• Professional experience in a development team, building software with modern delivery techniques.
• Experience building a SaaS product.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear communication of status to the team.
• Passion for quality, clean code, and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of architectural concepts and cloud-based solution design.
• End-to-end ownership mindset and responsibility for work.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in hands-on development across the full Software Development Lifecycle.
• Participate in design, delivery, and training of RecordPoint solutions for customers.
• Support our Cloud-based SaaS service and understand deployment models (on-premises and Cloud).
• Perform engineering analysis and provide sound decisions for software engineering and product development.
• Ensure designs are well documented, up to date, and communicated across the engineering team.
• Maintain code with automated testing frameworks and keep abreast of tech trends.
