Job summary

RecordPoint is seeking a solutions-oriented pre-sales engineer to work with customers of all sizes, identifying pain points and crafting technical solutions that demonstrate our data lifecycle management platform. You will create POCs, present to executives, and collaborate with sales to drive growth in a highly regulated enterprise space.

Ideal candidates combine strong technical chops with exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills, and can handle a high volume of activities

• Experience in a solutions or sales engineering role at a fast-growing SaaS tech company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial mindset with passion for technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer pain points and use-cases for RecordPoint solutions.
• Design and build effective technical solutions and POCs.
• Present platform value to customers and executives.
• Prepare commercial proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Collaborate with sales to chase leads and upsell.
